GSC Rewards Member Tiering is a loyalty program that rewards members based on their annual spending. The more you spend, the higher your tier and the more exclusive benefits you unlock.

Members progress through tiers by meeting annual spending thresholds. Once a tier is achieved, members enjoy enhanced rewards and privileges.

All members start at Silver, with progression to:
• Gold
• Platinum

Benefits may include discounts, priority access, exclusive promotions, bonus points, and special event invitations. Full details are available “Tier Benefits” section in “Me” page in the app.

Earning & Qualification

Tier qualification is based on total accumulated spending within a calendar year:
Silver: Default tier upon joining
Gold: Spend RM250
Platinum: Spend RM1,000

Spending includes eligible purchases of:
• Movie tickets
• Food & beverages
• Merchandise

Booking fees are excluded from tier qualification. Only the net transaction amount (excluding booking fees) will be counted toward your total spend.

Yes. For example:
Spend RM250 → upgraded to Gold
Spend an additional RM750 (total RM1,000) → upgraded to Platinum

All eligible purchases made via GSC channels, including tickets, F&B, and merchandise.

No, all eligible spending contributes cumulatively toward tier qualification.

Spending is typically reflected instantly or within a short processing time after transaction completion.

Yes, promotional campaigns may offer bonus points or accelerated rewards from time to time.

Tier Upgrades & Downgrades

You will be upgraded immediately once you meet the required spending threshold.

Upgrades are typically reflected immediately or shortly after qualifying spend is recorded.

Yes, notifications will be sent via the app or email.

Yes, if you meet the Platinum threshold directly, you will be upgraded accordingly.

Once upgraded, you will retain your tier for the remainder of the current calendar year and the entire following year.

If you do not meet the required spending in the following year, your tier will be adjusted (downgraded) in the year after.

Tier evaluation is based on a calendar year cycle (1 January – 31 December).

No, downgrades do not happen immediately. Your tier will only be reviewed and adjusted after your retention period ends (31 December).

Tier Validity & Expiry

Your tier is valid for the remainder of the year in which it is earned plus the full following calendar year.

Example: If you reach Gold in June 2026, your Gold tier will remain valid until 31 December 2027.

Spending resets at 11:59 PM on 31 December, but your tier remains valid through the following year based on your last qualification.

Benefits & Rewards

Benefits vary by tier and may include:

No, rewards are non-transferable and tied to your account.

This depends on the promotion terms. Some offers may be stackable, others may not.

Yes, Gold and Platinum members may receive early access and exclusive invitations.

You can view your status in the GSC app under your profile.

Account & Technical Issues

Please allow up to 24 hours for the transaction to be updated, then check again. On the mobile app, you can refresh the “Me” page by pulling down on the screen. If your spending still isn’t reflected after that, please contact customer support with your transaction details.

There may be a short processing delay. If it persists, contact support.

You can view your tier benefits on the “Me” page in the mobile app. Upgrade vouchers are automatically issued to your account upon tier upgrade, while annual vouchers are granted upon upgrade and subsequently during your birthday month.

No, account merging is not supported.
