Yes. Booking fees of Rm2.00 will be charged per Aurum Pass purchased through the GSC Website or GSC Mobile App. However, this booking fee is not applicable for purchases at the e-Kiosk or over the concierge counter.

Our luxury recliner covers, blanket, and pillow cases are changed regularly after every show.

To ensure a more comfortable and clean experience, you are required to remove your shoes. Disposable slippers will be provided when you enter the hall.

Yes. Each hall has a QR code you can scan to request assistance from an Aurum host or order food and drinks from our restaurants or concession menu during your visit.
