Win IMAX Film Camera Popcorn Bucket

Stand a chance to win the IMAX Film Camera Popcorn Bucket when you watch "The Odyssey" in any GSC/Aurum Theatre IMAX Hall at least twice. 

1. Contest Period

• This contest is organised by Golden Screen Cinemas Sdn. Bhd. (“GSC”).
• The contest submission period begins on 24 July 2026 and ends on 12 August 2026, both dates inclusive.
• Only tickets for eligible screenings taking place from 16 July to 12 August 2026, both dates inclusive, will be accepted.
• Tickets for screenings taking place between 16 and 23 July 2026 are eligible, even though the contest submission period begins on 24 July 2026.

2. How to Participate

• Participants must watch The Odyssey in IMAX at least twice at any of the participating GSC or Aurum Theatre IMAX halls.
• Participants must complete the official contest form and upload at least two valid IMAX tickets for The Odyssey from two different screenings or showtimes.
• Multiple tickets or seats purchased for the same screening and showtime will be considered as one screening only.
• The two screenings may take place at the same or different participating IMAX locations, provided they are for different screening dates and/or showtimes.
• Each uploaded ticket must clearly display the movie title, IMAX format, cinema location, screening date and showtime.
• All uploaded tickets must be clear, complete and legible. GSC reserves the right to reject any submission that cannot be verified.
• Non-IMAX tickets, duplicate tickets, altered tickets, refunded tickets, tickets for cancelled screenings, or tickets containing incomplete or inaccurate information will not be accepted.
• Participants may submit multiple entries, provided that each entry uses a different set of eligible tickets.
• Each ticket may only be used for one contest entry. Tickets that are reused or submitted more than once may result in the affected entry or entries being disqualified.
• Participants must provide complete and accurate personal and contact details in the contest form.

3. Participating IMAX Locations

Eligible screenings must take place at one of the following locations:

1. IMAX Hall, Aurum Theatre, The Exchange TRX
2. IMAX Hall, GSC IOI City Mall 2 (East)
3. IMAX Hall, GSC KL East Mall
4. IMAX Hall, GSC IOI Mall Damansara
5. IMAX Hall, GSC The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey, Johor Bahru
6. IMAX Hall, GSC Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru

4. Prizes and Winner Selection

• A total of five IMAX Film Camera Popcorn Buckets are available to be won.
• Five winners will be selected, with each winner receiving one IMAX Film Camera Popcorn Bucket.
• Winners will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received during the contest period.
• Each participant is entitled to win a maximum of one prize only, regardless of the number of entries submitted.
• Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided in the contest form before 31 August 2026.
• Winners must respond within three working days from the date they are contacted.
• Failure to respond within the stipulated period may result in the prize being forfeited. GSC reserves the right to select another eligible winner.
• Winners may be required to provide their original tickets, booking confirmations and proof of identity for verification purposes.
• Prize collection or fulfilment arrangements will be communicated directly to the winners.
• Any prize that is not claimed or collected within the period stipulated by GSC may be forfeited.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be substituted for any other item.
• Visuals are for illustration purposes only. The appearance of the actual prize may vary from the visuals shown.

5. General Terms

• By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• GSC reserves the right to verify all submitted information and disqualify any participant suspected of submitting fraudulent, altered, duplicated or misleading information.
• GSC does not accept any responsibility for late, incomplete or unsuccessful submissions due to internet connectivity, technical issues or other circumstances beyond its control. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.
• GSC shall not be responsible for any incorrect or outdated contact information provided by a participant that prevents GSC from contacting them.
• By participating, participants consent to GSC collecting, storing and processing their personal information for the purposes of administering the contest, verifying entries, contacting winners and fulfilling the prizes.
• All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with GSC’s applicable privacy and personal data policies.
• GSC reserves the right to amend the contest mechanics or these Terms & Conditions at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
• GSC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, postpone or terminate the contest at any stage should circumstances beyond its control arise.
• GSC’s decision on all matters relating to this contest, including participant eligibility, ticket validity and winner selection, is final. No correspondence, complaints or appeals will be entertained.
