Terms & Conditions:

• Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via push notification (for GSC Subscribers) and/or in-app message within seven (7) working days from the announcement date. Winners are required to submit the prize collection confirmation via the link provided in the in-app message prior to collecting their prize.
• Prize Collection Location: Winners must self-collect their prizes at GSC Headquarters:
• Address: 1, Jalan SS22/19, Damansara Jaya, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
• Prize Collection Hours: Prizes may be collected from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM–12:00 PM and 2:00 PM–5:00 PM, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Verification: Winners must present their GSC Rewards Member ID via the GSC Mobile App together with the official winner notification message for verification upon prize collection.
• Collection Deadline: Prizes must be collected within fourteen (14) days from the date of winner notification. Any prize not collected within the stipulated period will be deemed forfeited.
• Prize Terms: Prizes are awarded as received and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not exchangeable for cash or other items.
• Amendment of Terms: GSC reserves the right to amend, vary, or modify these Terms and Conditions at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
• Final Decision: GSC's decision on all matters relating to the promotion and prize awarding shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
• Visuals: All visuals shown in promotional materials are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual prizes.
