This September, Hokkaido Table invites you to our most prestigious Chef’s Table experience yet: The Legacy of 1855: A Blind Tasting Journey of Bordeaux Premier Grand Cru Classé. 🍇✨

For one night only, journey through the history and heritage of some of Bordeaux’s most prestigious, collectible and age-worthy red wines, guided by guest sommelier and host Nick Loo. 🍷

Complementing each pour is an extensive gastronomic pairing menu by Chef Edwin, thoughtfully crafted to elevate the character of every wine and make this an evening to remember. 🍴
