Terms & Conditions:

These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and participation in the GSC Play Reel Adventure Tour (“the Tour”) organised by Golden Screen Cinemas Sdn Bhd (“GSC”). By booking and participating in the Tour, you (“the Customer”) agree to the following:

1. Booking & Confirmation

1.1    All bookings must be made via the GSC Mobile App, GSC website and E-Kiosk, subject to availability.

1.2   Customers may select their preferred date and seat during booking.

1.3   A confirmation email will be issued upon successful booking. This confirmation is required for entry.

1.4  Package includes:
 • Behind the scenes of cinema tour (Ticket kiosk, kitchen, concession counter, projector room)
 • Spider-Man inspired DIY Craft Workshop (Clapperboard)
 • Movie screening
 • Play Meal included

1.5   Kindly be informed that all confirmed bookings are considered final and non-transferable. Therefore, they are not eligible for any changes, cancellations, or refunds under any circumstances.

2. Payment

2.1   Bookings are subject to payment as per the pricing listed at the preferred date and time of booking.

2.2  Prices may vary depending on location and date.

3. Attendance & Punctuality

3.1   Customers are advised to arrive at the venue at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

3.2  Late arrivals may result in reduced session duration or cancellation, depending on schedule availability.

3.3  GSC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Changes & Cancellations

4.1  Changes or cancellations by the customer must comply with GSC’s cancellation policy.

4.2 In the event GSC cancels or reschedules a session, customers will be informed via registered contact details. Refunds or alternatives may be offered where applicable.

5. Customer Conduct

5.1   GSC reserves the right to refuse participation to any customer who fails to adhere to safety guidelines or disrupts the experience for others.

5.2  Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times during the tour.

6. Personal Data & PDPA

6.1   By participating, the Customer consents to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data in accordance with GSC’s Privacy Policy.

6.2  GSC may contact the Customer via telephone, SMS, email, or social platforms regarding promotional content or product updates. Customers may opt out at any time.

7. Photography & Media Use

7.1   GSC may photograph or record the event. By participating, you consent to the use of your and/or your child’s image in GSC’s social media, website, or marketing materials.

8. Liability

8.1   GSC shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the Tour, except where required by law.

9. Amendments

9.1   GSC reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the GSC website.
