4 individual servings of rich and velvety Canadian lobster bisque simmered with onion, carrot, celery and garlic, finished with butter and cream.

Cheese Platter
A selection of Grana Padano, Gorgonzola and Camembert, served with fresh grapes, fig jam and walnut bread.

Sashimi Moriawase
An assortment of kingfish, chutoro, salmon and salmon tartare.

Chargrilled Tiger Prawns
Chargrilled tiger prawns served with lemon butter, capers and salad greens.

Roasted Spring Chicken
Whole roasted spring chicken served with black pepper sauce and seasonal vegetables.

Grilled Black Angus Ribeye
Grilled Black Angus ribeye served with seasonal vegetables, potato and beef jus.
