Synopsis

When strait-laced civil servant Kumazawa falls victim to a scam by slick con artist Himuro, he vows to get revenge until the swindler offers a tantalising deal:Team up, and together they can take down Japan’s most powerful tax evader, a corrupt developer named Tachibana.
