Synopsis

BADAK tells the story of a single father named Badak, a Deaf man who raises his daughter, Mira, with love and sacrifice. Their small but meaningful world is built on silent communication—rich with gestures, expressions, and unconditional affection. However, when Mira begins to make a name for herself as a rising hip-hop star, their once-peaceful life starts to unravel. The loud and unpredictable music scene slowly drives a wedge between them. Quietly, Badak struggles to understand his daughter’s transformation and searches for a way to reunite the worlds now divided by sound and an emotional gap.
