The Malaysia Animation Film Festival (MAFF) 2025 returns for its third edition! 

Showcasing works from across Malaysia, MAFF celebrates the creativity and personal voices of emerging talents, expressed with bold imagination and distinctive style.

This year’s festival presents 15 short animations — each exploring themes of self-discovery, human connection, and the quiet comforts found amid painful scars and lasting memories.

Experience this heartwarming journey from 16 October to 9 November 2025 in selected cinemas, or join the special SeaShorts screening and forum on 19 October 2025 at GSC BBCC Lalaport. Tickets can be purchased through the GSC platform.
