Sorry, not in all GSC cinemas at the present. You can purchase movie tickets via GSC Mobile App (iPhone) / (Android) from GSC cinemas with e-payment facility as listed below::

Sorry, ticket purchases via GSC Mobile App (iPhone) / (Android) can only be paid via PayPal / Maybank2U / RHB Now account. If you are in possession of GSC voucher/passes, kindly proceed to GSC box office counters to redeem the movie tickets.

Yes, you can purchase all the above mentioned ticket types and that includes twin seats, Premiere Class, Gold Class and digital 2D/3D ticket(s) via GSC Mobile App (iPhone) / (Android) facility.

What is the maximum number of tickets that can be purchased via GSC Mobile App (iPhone) / (Android)? |

You can purchase up to a maximum of 6 tickets per transaction. There is no limit to the number of transactions as long as you have enough credit in your PayPal / Maybank2U / RHB Now account.

I have been charged on my PayPal / Maybank2U / RHB Now account but have not received my Confirmation Barcode / ID. What must I do to retrieve the Confirmation ID number? |

Please check your GSC Mobile App (iPhone) / (Android) for the transaction trail under "History". You will be able to view your Confirmation page with the Barcode if your transaction has been successful.
Alternatively, you can call GSC Customer Service at 03-7806 8888 Mon-Fri from 9am-6pm only (exclude Public Holidays) or email to custserv@gsc.com.my with your full name, contact number, transaction date, cinema location & PayPal Login ID / Maybank / RHB Account Holder's Name.

What should I do if I suddenly realize that I have purchased the wrong ticket(s) after the payment process has been completed? Can I get a refund or change to another movie or date of screening? |

For GSC Mobile App (iPhone), It is advisable to check the details of your transaction before pressing the [ACCEPT] button on the "Terms & Condition" box to confirm.
For GSC Mobile App (Android), It is advisable to check the details of your transaction before tick the checkbox of "I agree to the terms & conditions" to confirm.
Once your mobile ticketing process has been confirmed and accepted, any request to cancel the ticket purchase, change movie / show time / seats allocation once you press the [PAY] button to proceed with the payment process will not be entertained.

Are there any additional charges if I opt to purchase ticket(s) via GSC Mobile App (iPhone) / (Android)? |

For Maybank2u ,PayPal or RHB Now, there will be a non-refundable booking fee of RM0.50 charge per normal / twins / 2D / 3D ticket, RM 1.00 charge per premiere class ticket or RM1.50 charge per Gold Class ticket for every successful transaction made.

Why does the GSC Mobile App (iPhone) / (Android) sometimes load up on such a slow pace? |

The application pulls information on a real-time basis. In the event there are lots of people are using the application concurrently or if you are in an area with poor coverage, the application will load up slower than expected.

After purchasing the movie ticket(s) via GSC Mobile App (iPhone) / (Android), where & when can I collect the ticket(s)? |

GSC Confirmation Barcode will be provided for tickets purchase via GSC Mobile App (iPhone) / (Android). You can enter the cinema hall with your GSC Mobile App (iPhone) / (Android) barcode at your history page, whereby GSC staff will scan your barcode at cinema checkpoint (where applicable) without any physical tickets.
Alternatively, you can opt to collect your tickets from GSC Reservation or Gold Class counter in the selected GSC cinema, preferably before the movie starts.

If I did not pick up the ticket(s) purchased, will my PayPal / Maybank2U / RHB Now account be charged? |

Once the mobile ticket purchase payment process has been successfully completed, your PayPal / Maybank2U / RHB Now account will be debited for the cost of the tickets purchased.
